Synopsis
Bereavement follows young Martin Bristol, a child born unable to feel pain, who is abducted by the psychotic killer Graham Sutter and forced to witness horrific acts of violence on an isolated farm. When teenager Allison Miller moves nearby after a family tragedy, her curiosity about the abandoned slaughterhouse puts her directly in the path of unspeakable danger. The film serves as a brutal and atmospheric prequel exploring the origins of the killer featured in director Stevan Mena's earlier film, Malevolence.
