Synopsis
Set thirty years after the original, Blade Runner 2049 follows LAPD Officer K, a replicant blade runner who discovers a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge society into chaos. His investigation leads him to track down former blade runner Rick Deckard, who has been missing for decades. Directed by Denis Villeneuve, the film is a visually stunning and philosophically rich meditation on memory, identity, and what it means to be human.
