Synopsis

Born on the Fourth of July tells the true story of Ron Kovic, a patriotic soldier who returns from the Vietnam War paralyzed. Struggling with his new reality, he transforms into a passionate anti-war activist, voicing the disillusionment and anger of many veterans.
