Why Watch It
**Dark Passage** is a stylish film noir that daringly sustains the killer's subjective point-of-view through much of its runtime, making you complicit in the protagonist's desperate flight. Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall crackle with chemistry as they navigate San Francisco's shadowy underworld, while the film's innovative visual approach—showing the world through the fugitive's eyes—remains genuinely suspenseful and inventive.
