Synopsis
Dog Day Afternoon follows Sonny Wortzik, a small-time crook who robs a Brooklyn bank with his nervous accomplice Sal, only for everything to spiral into a media circus. As the hours pass, the robbery becomes a tense standoff with police, revealing the deeply human motivations behind the crime.
