Synopsis
Dragonwyck (1946) is a Gothic period thriller set in 1840s New York, following naive farm girl Miranda Wells who accepts an invitation to live at the grand estate of her wealthy, enigmatic cousin Nicholas Van Ryn. As Miranda becomes enchanted by the brooding aristocrat, dark secrets and sinister events begin to unravel the mansion's glamorous facade.
