Little Miss Sunshine follows the quirky, deeply flawed Hoover family as they pile into a broken-down VW bus to drive young Olive from New Mexico to California for the Little Miss Sunshine beauty pageant. Along the way, each family member confronts personal failures, grief, and self-doubt, ultimately finding connection and unconditional love in their shared dysfunction.
