Synopsis
Missing follows Ed Horman, a conservative American businessman, as he travels to Chile after the 1973 military coup to find his missing son Charles, accompanied by his daughter-in-law Beth. As they navigate bureaucratic obstruction and Cold War politics, Ed is forced to confront the disturbing possibility that the U.S. government itself may be complicit in his son's disappearance and death. The film is a powerful political thriller that blends personal grief with a damning indictment of American foreign policy.
