Sam Rockwell mans a lunar base with only a soft-spoken computer for company — until he meets the one person he never expected. The loneliest twist in modern science fiction.
Despite a limited release and low box office earnings, Moon was praised for its atmospheric direction, intriguing plot, and Sam Rockwell's performance.
Duncan Jones films Sam Rockwell as the lunar miner discovering he is the clone. The film is the genre at chamber size; the politics are intimate.
