Synopsis
Directed by Ingmar Bergman, 'Scenes from a Marriage' follows Johan and Marianne, a seemingly perfect Swedish couple whose relationship slowly disintegrates through separation, divorce, and raw emotional confrontation. The film is a deeply psychological and unflinching examination of intimacy, identity, and the complexity of long-term love. Widely considered one of Bergman's masterpieces, it features extraordinary performances from Liv Ullmann and Erland Josephson.
