Synopsis

Weekend at Bernie's follows two young insurance workers, Larry and Richard, who discover their corrupt boss Bernie has been murdered at his luxurious Hamptons beach house. Rather than report the death, the bumbling duo spends the entire weekend propping up Bernie's corpse to convince party guests he is still alive. The film became a beloved cult classic thanks to its absurd premise, slapstick humor, and Terry Kiser's unforgettable physical comedy performance as the deceased Bernie.
