Synopsis

In 'X-Men: Dark Phoenix', Jean Grey begins to develop incredible powers after a space rescue mission goes wrong, turning her into the Dark Phoenix. This newfound power corrupts and transforms Jean, causing a rift within the X-Men and threatening to destroy the planet.

Why Watch It
A visually stunning cosmic tragedy that finally gives Jean Grey the spotlight she deserves, even as the franchise struggles with its ambitious scope. Sophie Turner's raw performance anchors the film's exploration of power, identity, and belonging, though the execution can't quite match the thematic weight it reaches for.
